Catalunyan style we admire as a natural fit when it comes to the food and cooking we have become known for. Reflecting simple seasonal fare using great ingredients, cooked well with little fuss.

Darkhorse has teamed up with Boutinot Wines & Estrella Damm to create a 5-course tasting menu with drinks to match each course. Featuring some unique cocktails utilising traditional Catalan spirits & superb selected wines of the region to complement the specially prepared Spring menu.

Limited tickets include a 5-course set tasting menu with complementary Aperitivo.

A tasting flight of the regional organic wines to match each course is at £30pp.
