An area ruled for centuries over one of the largest and richest maritime republic and trade empires in the world.

Expect an extensive tasting menu utilising some of the best typical ingredients that these regions have to offer with matching wine flight. Think Prosecco, Soave, Valpolicella, Amarone. Introduced by invited special guest speaker. Wine flight to accompany the menu will be available to purchase on the night @£28pp
