Lee has worked within the hospitality industry for over 30 years at the highest level; his experience includes nine and a half years at a senior management level with Soho House Ltd, the renowned company that has sites in London, New York, L.A & Europe
Lee has first hand in-depth knowledge of setting up and running all of the establishments above, during his time working with Soho House Ltd. He then went on to set up and run his own business for 8 years, the successful The Fat Delicatessen/tapas bar in Wandsworth, South West London. A charcuterie bar/restaurant and delicatessen, where his love for everything Italian came into its own.
Before his time as Exec Chef at Soho House Lee worked at several Michelin * restaurants throughout the UK with some of Europe’s best chefs & catering professionals, gaining a wide range of knowledge about world food and wine.
